The results from the poll show that most of you felt there were too many forums. The most popular choice, by far, was to consolidate them into chassis type, so that's what I've done.

Please let me know if you find any problems or I missed anything.

Thanks to Eric, for giving me a little kick and getting me started on the conversion.

I've installed a bbk quad. kit in my fox cobra. the cable in grinding on the TOP of the firewall adjuster as if the quad. is to tall holding the cable to high causing drivability problems, the height of the quad is not adjustable to knowledge without major mods.. from left to right of the quad is set correct and the firewall adjuster is correct for pedal feel and height. Has anyone had or heard of this problem if so what was the fix? Im looking to replace it with the Steeda kit or the Anderson Ford Motorsport quick release kit any comments on the two would be great. Thanks in advance!

I have the Steeda kit in my 93 CObra (adj cable, quadrant and firewall adjuster). I've had no problems with it.

I can't visualize what you're describing. The quadrant itself isn't hitting anything, right? It's just that the cable is too high and rubbing the top of the firewall adjuster, correct? If that's the case, it sounds like the cable is caught on the top edge of the quadrant instead of resting in the groove inside.
