The results from the poll show that most of you felt there were too many forums. The most popular choice, by far, was to consolidate them into chassis type, so that's what I've done.

Please let me know if you find any problems or I missed anything.

Thanks to Eric, for giving me a little kick and getting me started on the conversion.

Hi all,

I think my front (stock) shocks are history. I would like to have as close as possible as the factory "feeling" of the car. I do a bit of track once a year so I would like something that will last a bit. Any suggestions?

Thank in advance.

P.S.: I don't seem to receive list emails anymore.... Might be my email provider.

Factory struts/shocks are made by Tokico, for Ford.

Honestly, rather than buying an aftermarket Tokico shock, I'd recommend getting some Bilsteins. They'll last longer than the originals and ride better the whole time.

If you get very stiff springs, double check with a company like Maximum Motorsports about valving for either Bilsteins (non-adjustable) or Koni's (adjustable).

Best regards,
