 The results are in!
The results from the poll show that most of you felt there were too many forums. The most popular choice, by far, was to consolidate them into chassis type, so that's what I've done.

Please let me know if you find any problems or I missed anything.

Thanks to Eric, for giving me a little kick and getting me started on the conversion.

Hello all. My current exhaust system is 2.5" dynomax catback w/super turbo mufflers,h-pipe,2.5 mor-flo cats and ford motorsport coated headers with 1 5/8 collectors. It has finally rusted away and whats left of the insides of the mufflers fall out when you shake them. I was looking at the flowmaster american thunder kit but they don't have one for a 95 cobra(summit racing) they did have the force II(quiet) but I want a more aggressive sound. Anyone know of a kit that will fit my car and give me a nice aggressive tone. Also something that will work well with my paxton novi 2000.

An "agressive sound" is very subjective, but in my opinion the "straight through" mufflers like Bassani, Borla, and others sounds "raspier". I have a catted X-pipe with Borla cat back that I'm pleased with. Any free flowing exhuast will work well with you Paxton. I have a Vortech.

95 Cobra convertible hard-top #51 of 499. Brembo rotors, Hawk HPS pads, Eibach Pro springs, 95R wheels, Goodyear F1s, 95R wheels, Bilstein struts & shocks, Maximum Motorsports subframe connectors and adj lower control arms, Borla cat-back, Steeda C/C plates, Valentine One radar protection, Vortech SQ, 42 lb injectors, 90 mm SCT MAS, FMS 65 mm TB, 255 lph FP, custom chip, Kirban FP, Magnaflow X-pipe, aluminum drive shaft, 331hp & 385tq @ 6 lbs, Steeda shifter, Autometer FP & Boost.

Thanks for your help ...I should have quantified my desire for something louder than stock but not so loud as to attract the sound police. Perhaps a deep burble.

Crash - sounds like you're describing Borla for their marketing literature!

Good luck.

I checked out borla and the kit for my car is $840 vs. $499 for the dynomax ultra-flow system. I almost forgot that the exhaust system needs to clear my kenny brown panhard bar. I would put it together myself but I can't get the car high enough off the ground. Maybe excessive motorsports or the under new management s.m.s. (springfield motorsport) Any other good shops out here in northern virginia?

There's also MagnaFlow (deep sound for sure), and those are straight through mufflers without baffles. They have their quiet (loud) normal mufflers and their loud (ridiculously loud) MagnaPak mufflers.

I'm still running an old Edelbrock RPM system on my '94.

There is no difference between a 'GT' and 'Cobra' cat back system on a '94/'95. So, just becuase the listing doesn't show Cobra doesn't mean something won't fit.
