1. Identify yourself as a SCOA member in the
first sentence.
2. Some items may not be covered by the discount. Ask if not sure. If
it isn't, don't give the vendor a hard time about it. You're still
getting the other stuff cheaper!
3. If you order something and forgot to ask for your discount, don't
call back AFTER you received the part and ask for the discount. You
screwed up, not the vendor. Live and learn. Even if you are inclined
to try and get the discount after all is said and done, at least don't
be rude. After all, you were the one who screwed up!
4. If something is wrong on the SCOA WEB page or in VENOM, don't yell
at the vendor, it's not their fault.
